I had to take my two cats for their annual checkups and Dr David told me that while dogs have about 10 different sounds, cats have about 100 which they can combine to "talk".

I know that my female has a definite word for "food" which her brother has also started to use - and of course there is the universal signal for "I can see a bird!!!"

I'll have to start to take more notice of the sounds the cats are making - they are Burmese and talk all the time.

They sound like good company. Are they as picky about their food as Mr Q's KoKo?

This is how I like 'em....put them them all in blender,... "PURR...EE", add salt, pepper, lime, egg, milk...let it "curdle"...make them into pancakes, and serve to all your "friends"...nudge ..nudge...wink...wink...

Add some chocolate and you could make a fortune!

I still think about you and hope all is well in your corner of the galaxy.

Dumas! LOL

I'm suprised the pink one didn't swack you with a wet towel for that one!

I'm glad the talkative ones (Burmese are the best for social stuff) are fine. When I first saw the thread heading I was kinda concerned!
