"NOTE: We use a modified version of the Serbian Cyrillic Alphabet as our basis.
Why? .....primarily so that we may use the letter "J" for our "IJ" "JA" "JO" and "JE" endings, as well as sometimes those mixtures of "ie" and "ia" within a word.
We do NOT use Russian "R"* or "I-O" - instead we use "JA" and "JU" "
Yeah, right! In Serbian nj, lj, tj, dj, zx, cx, sx, dzx, tsx are each written as one letter, and not 2-3 like I`ve written it now. It must be a veeeeery modified version of Serbian cyrillic. |
