Germans, British, Americans, Australians,Canadians French, Spaniards will never
accept any of the nowadays existing artifically constructed languages because
they are very very linguistic patriots.
The problem will last probably as long as these nations will be so mixed up
with other nationals that no one will feel a need of keep his own nother
tongue any more. And its not possible in present-day world.
It is probably as difficult as you would want a moslim to be baptized.
I think the only way is to creat local international languages e.g.
one common language for Germanic tribe, one for Romance tribe and
one for Slavic tribe.
That might solve the problem about language understanding in Europe.
The rest of the world is not important for us at the moment.
