Pan-Slavic time

(The following text has nothing to do with lingustic issues.)

Slavs live in about ten time zones, which may cause misunderstandings when referring to some past event or arranging something. That's why I think that Slavs should use an unified time during their international relations with other Slavs (e.g. on the Internet). Time of which time zone should be elected for this purpose?

I think that it should be UTC+2 (Eastern European Time). Why? Well, the 30-degree eastern meridian is something like a dividing line between Slavs: approximately a half of them live in the west of it, another half lives in the east of it. The 30° eastern meridian corresponds to UTC+2. Therefore most Slavs either directly use this time or their time doesn't differ too much from it.

As most Slavs use the daylight saving time, we should use it, too. Therefore it should be UTC+3 (Eastern European Summer Time) in summer.

See:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UTC%2B2 = http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eastern_European_Time
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UTC%2B3 = http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eastern_European_Summer_Time

(I mean this only as a helping tool for us, I don't want this time to be politically introduced.)
