A Constructed Slavic Pidign Under Construction
(Konstruktil Slavij Zxargon Pod Konstrucia)
I think that inter-languages are existing since man raised his voice, having to communicate with other fellows in order to survive. One of these languages was the creole lingua franca, which existed for about 500 years in countries of the Mediterranean sea. Another one which still is alive is Hochdeutsch (Highgerman) making it possible that people in the north of Germany can communicate with people of the south.
In the last century constructed language appeared, like Esperanto and Ido. But they never managed to become a creole (creole is a pidgin used in the second generation), because there was and there is no need for them. Only a few thousands use it for fun or self-satisfying reasons.
Recently we see the coming up of constructed tongues trying to use the formula for success of the pidgin languages. But here again the question is: “Who needs it?”
Two weeks ago I did write an eMail to my sister in low, who lives in La Paz (Bolivia) in reanimated Lingua Franca Nova. She was happy that after so long a time I did write to her, but she also was honest to tell me that she did not understand very much.
More success I had with Slovio. Writing to organizations in Poland, Serbia and Sorbia all did understand me, only Serbians asked me what language I speak and from which country I am from.
But also with Slovio we may have a problem. I, as many of you know, protected for long time the copy-write of Slovio´s dictionary, but now I have to recognize that this is the most stupid thing I ever “thought” about. A copy write of words means a dictatorial power of our thoughts. And that is what is really happening.
I will soon try to present some answers of the question:
"Who needs it?"
Please look for it, too!
