Gabriel pisal:
Problem-delatel'i is correct. This expressions simply says that they create a problem, it doesn't express to who they create a problem. Problem, which isn't pointed out yet, isn't a problem for the manager. Therefore before pointing out, there was no problem (for the manager), after the pointing out, there is one problem for the manager. And the text explicitly says that it was the manager who called them problem-delatel'i.

This stupidity can only be understood by followers of capitalizm with an ugly face.

Ehm ... I have only been a translator. A translator mustn't change the meaning of the text. It was the manager (not me!) who thought that pointing out the problems was wrong and who therefore called the people "trouble-makers" = problem-delatel'i. I just translated what the manager said, nothing else. I didn't say if I agree with this name or not. The translator's task is neither to agree with the translated text, nor to disagree with the translated text.

a trouble maker is a rusxitel pokoja / rusxitel por'adka or just a smutitel / smutjan depending on your language

it's not someone who "makes trouble" it's an idiom

Correct, so my suggestion to the Slovio developers is to add pokoi-rusxitel to the slovknig for trouble maker, instead of the wrong word problem-nik

Capitalist ideology tries to hide reality by using words often meaning the opposite, like calling the minister of war, minister of defence. Those Ideologist used to call the Afghan Taliban, trained by the USA military, „freedomfighter” while these „heroes” were taking out the intestine of Soviet Soldiers who were still alive. Now „of course” they are terrorists because they are fighting against a foreign aggressor. I suggest to read George Orwell´s book 1984 to know more about it.
