Gruzinia - Gruzia

We see the discussion. But how would you solve this problem:

The word "gruz" and "gruz-voz" have also other meanings. Thats why Gruzinia seems to be less confusing than simply "Gruzia".

gruzia is a country
it has the ia ending

same as francia
anglia
etc.

ia is the country ending
there is no confusion with words that don't have the ia ending

Don't consider only east Slavic words, use tovar for cargo and kamion for a lorry.

And you should not mutilate proper names because of general words. Millions of people don't know the difference between checks, cheques and Czechs, yet they didn't abandon neither of these words.
