You decide what you want to talk about at which level. If you are satisfied with basic converstation, you should stick with the simple basic grammar. However, if you have a need for a more sophisticated and more precise converstation or writing, you might find the complete grammar useful. It is very precise, scientific and can express absolutely anything and everything you want in a very precise manner.

I don't think that any language needs 2 types of grammar - one for common conversation and anohter for scientifical purposes.

Language is language and shouldn't server as something that is due to be warshiped or make an art from it.

If you have 2 types of grammar the common people could be confused.

I am afraid that you do misunderstand human language . Any language under this sun is capable of basic and sophisticated communication. If your basic Slovio is restricted to basic speech only, scrap it please! Itīs then as useless as New Speak and Basic English

It's however determinator but of famine gender.

Wouldn't be better using - TO that is neutral gender ?
