Anti-smoking education and smoking bans are a waste of hundreds of millions of dollars in North America annually.
Smoking rates have held steady or increased,with these programs.Teen-age,child and women's smoking rates are on the increase in almost every area.
The war on drugs was lost many years ago,
The war on tobacco : a legal product is even more fruitless.
But a profitable one for anti-tobacco groups.
Tobacco money makes the world go around.
