It is not a Diana but is imported from Spain by RWS. The 94 is made by the Spanish firm Cometa. Never had one so can't tell you anything other than that.

Like 6talldog said, remember that RWS is only a distributor, and not all of their guns are made by Diana. The RWS 94 has a good reputation, but it's not a Diana.
I have owned my 94 in .177 for just over a year and think it is a great gun for the money. It is very accurate,fairly quiet,very little twang,has good power and the trigger is predictible.
