...AGE will be importing Dianawerks products directly from Dianawerks. Guns will no longer carry the RWS stamp on them. For that reason, they are clearing out all the RWS stamped items.

I just ordered a 48 in .25. Will shoot it til it breaks then have Russ detune it to about 600 fps. I need a blunt instrument for squirrels. The Kodiak is too bloody dangerous at the 10 to 20 yard distances offered here. Pass through = ricochet right back at you of a now erratic and nasty pellet with bone frags in it!

I asked about how direct import will affect the price of Diana guns. No info yet. We all know that the Beeman stamp on rifles from England raises the price, but it seems that the Beeman imports have a better finish.

Anyone aware if RWS adds value to a Dianawerk rifle by giving it some special attention before stamping it? Do they get a better selection of wood or more attention to bluing or polishing?

 Kris,

That info helps explain the big changes a bit more. Businesses are always in a state of flux trying new things. Perhaps this will be better for AGE? It will be nice invite the "Huntress" and have her imported directlly to our shores!

I have had really good finishes on all three brands, Beeman Diana and RWS. Hopefully the quality will not ever fall off! What does concern me a little is the Cometa connection (being the owner of a Model 92, myself), and if Diana will still have all the Model 92,3, and 4, parts for a long while? I suppose we will have to wait and see...
