The exploded diagram for the Diana/ Original 27 on the T.C Chambers and Co. web site show the lock screw (300347)in front of stage adjustment screw (300346). By error, I reversed the positions of the two screws (300346 in front and 300347 to the rear) and found that the trigger had a long first stage and a short predictable second stage with only a little creep. Nice. However, upon finding that I had reversed the position of the screws, I corrected them. When I did that, I could only get a short first stage and a long unpredictable second stage. Not good. Is the exploded diagram wrong? Thanks.
The short lock screw goes in front. The long adjuster screw is to the rear.
On late guns with stamped/blued triggers, I don't think it's possible to reverse them. On the earlier models with solid alloy blades, perhaps it is possible, I've never tried it
