A co-worker has had the following air rifle for some time and knows little about it except that his fathers tells that his father got it from Germany in the 1940's or so. The only marks on it are the words "Diana Luft Gewher" on the barrel and the numbers "69772" on the inside of where the rifle opens. It is a break barrel design with an adjustable trigger and besides a few hints at its' manufacturer (Diana), I have been unable to determine anything else. Here are a few photos:

So, can anyone tell me anything about this rifle?

-Mike

Brett Reno's book says $240.00 value but my expierance says that is very high. The blue book says from $50.00 to $100.00 with a few going for $250.00. I think the Blue book got it right.

Hi, interesting Gem, I have one just like it complete with Diana markings on barrel. Barrel is tiny measures about one half inch across the flats. There is a pix of a Gem variant in the fourth edition Blue Book. Intersting piece. Im intersted in Dianas and tend to collect them when I can.
Hope to see everyone at Little Rock!
