My diana48 has a very heavy recoil and as a result the scope always moves backward, the mount's screws become less tight and accuracy becomes horrible! Could you suggest an appropriate : 1) mount 2)scope 3) scope stop 4)mainspring tuning kit.

thanks for any advice

Get your seal checked.......

........I wouldn't describe the recoil on my 48 as very heavy. It's assertive but not overbearing. It's tough to tell from where I sit, but it sounds like your piston is pounding into the end of the receiver tube. Poor sealing could be causing the issue.

Good Luck

the recoil is not very heavy but it is noticeable and as a result, after dozens of shots, the scope is coming backward, mount's screws gradually become untight and accuracy deteriorates.

I also have a nod.48/.177 cal.Get a good one piece mount from RWS or Beeman (adjustable for barrel droop),blue loctite the mount screws and a scope rated for airgun with heavy recoil.
