in shooting condition and could I afford one. I saw one about 10 years ago at a firearms show, came home and called some airgun knowledgeable follows for information on what I saw. I went back and purchased it for I believe $350.00 than sold it at the Winston Salem show for around $500,00. Over the years I realized what I had and now wish I had kept it.

Ted, good luck, they are tough to find. I gave a guy info on the 58 and he met me two years ago at Roanoke where I bought the gun
Mine is third model but not for sale. Sorry. Glad to give you info on the gun. Only article Ive found on the rare 58 series was in Airgun Revue issue.I have most in stock if you dont have one at home.
I had a great time at Little Rock!!

Ted, you already know the answer: keep asking folks who collect oldies, pound the gunshow pavement, work all networking contacts, place 'Wanted' ads, and with a tad of luck eventually something will turn up. As to affordability, only you know how much you're willing to spend on one of these gems. Not sure why you only seek the later version, as all three are very cool and the early bolt-cocker is probably the most sought-after.
