can't say that it's a normal condition but it is common in some air rifles. I don't think it can get better on its own but it can probably be fixed by bending the barrel. i'm not sure how you exactly to do it but you can probably get a gun smith to do it for you. What model do you have that has the barrel the droop?
that is a common problem in the model 34. i'm not sure why they would let it out of the factory with a problem like that. but if there is still a warranty on it send it back for repair.

Yeah, I read a little more about it and it said in one article that they do that so the peep rear sight would line up better with the front or something like that.
I guess I was just a little worried if it was a defective condition.
I read also that they make droop mounts, so if they make these it must be a common or normal condition. I do not know.
After putting some black tape under the rear scope ring the gun shoots accurately.
I would hate to have to return it if it is normal.
Let me know if you guys have any further info on this.
