 Roberto,

A picture is worth a thousand words, and your photos are GREATLLY appreciated! Very good job!

The Giss System is very difficult to work on, and it appears you really know your stuff!

Thank you so much for posting them here. I know everyone will enjoy seeing them as much as I did.

Thanks a lot for sharing this information with us. Pictures are really great and I am wnondering how much of precision engineering was applied by Dianawerk. We can imagine how brilliant was the original concept of Giss double opposing pistons system.

Newbies oftenly ask in this forum about the rebuild of this range of Dianas and our expert members like Mike Driskill repeatedly adivise them that only the professionals like Randy Bimrose and Lewis Reinhold can rebuild such a complex mechanism, now all those can realize that our experts recommendations are sincere and based on knowledge.

Alas it is in Italian so if anyone can recommend a translator website I'll be extremely thankful !

I bought the rear seal from Chambers (UK) and it was simply a modified standard seal (they just turned out part of the front lip). After this, found another seal that seem to be made specifically, probably it's an original Diana part.
