Geco 10 sight adjustment

I have trouble adjusting the rear sight on the geco 10.I'm shooting high and I can't bring the sight down anymore.I'm all the way down on the adjustment.Would like the bull right on top of my sight but I have to sight it 2 inches low to hit it.Ron
