Easier to handle than the longer model 34? Found them new for $191 $210 after taz and shipping. I am considering this to have a german gun vs the chinese or spanish RWS guns, worth the extra $100? Any help is appricated I really need to deside on what gun to get.

I don't own the carbine but I do own the full length barrel. It's a great gun. It was my first new Diana. I hesitated at first because of the plastic trigger. I learned not to judge a gun without shooting/dissassembling it first.
I installed a JM spring and Apex seal and his moly and spring tar. The gun is a great shooter, very smooth.
I'm sure the carbine will shoot as good as the rifle.
I have it as a standard 22 caliber in full length, it's been through at lest 3000 (three thousand)pellets, has only gotten better with age.
I have an R9 and a RWS 350 but the 34' is my favorite when I go out the door.
Does that tell you anything?
P.S,
I use it for professional (Commercial) pest control - it can handle the work!
sounds interesting tetryl.. why don't you tell us a little bit more about the kind of work you do. Shooting dianas for a living seems like it would be a dream job
I had the 34C in .22 and thought it was a great gun. I liked it much better that the full length barrel. I have had both. If I had the choice I would pick the cabine every time. Darn guy I sold it to won't sell it back to me.
