Hi All.

For this rifle Pyramid Air (I think) gives a MV of 950.

But what is really? Any owners? What are you seeing as real MV or FPE?

Many Thanks Ora

Are they available with a lefty stock?

Is the right hand stock usable from the left?

My 177 cal 46 is just below 12 fpe, a bit more than 800 fps with Crosman round nose pellets, the 22 is just over 12 fpe, or a bit more than 600 fps with Crosman 14.3 gr. pellets. The velocity figures on the Straight Shooters site for 22 caliber are very low.

I'm interested in 0.177 cal and I shoot left handed.

I may be having a senior moment, but is there really no search or edit post functions on this forum?

I jjust got a 46E in 22 but having no chrony have no idea what I'm getting

all i do know id Straight shooters and more than
a few others tell me the 22 caliber 46s are dead on
12 ftlb rifles. So what ever velecity pushes a 14,5 grain pellet to a 12 ftlb level is about what I am getting.

barrel droop ?

December 11 2005, 11:54 AM

Hello,

As I am considering the purchase of either a 300R or a 46C, I was wondering if the 46 has "barrel droop".
I always like to install a Dampa mount on an airgun, but with the droop I have in my 24, 27 and 34 models, I always have to use adjustable mounts, something I DO NOT LIKE since it takes a lot of time to sight in the gun.

Last week I was in England for airgun hunting.
First I sighted in my HW97K (dampa mount and Leupold): 6 shots and dead zero.
Then I sighted in my Diana 27 (adhustable mounts and Bushnell): 40 shots to zero.

So I would very much prefer my next airgun to be a "non-drooper".

Hi Joris, I have two 46's and they don't seem to be drooped.

I have non-adjustable mounts on them with no problems whatsoever.
