I am VERY glad to share this story with you all and to give a "Thumbs-Up" to this Dealer!

Today UPS dropped off a box of CP "Heavies" at my home. The exceptional thing about this box is that it was FREE! I had recentlly ordered and recieved a small pellet order from Airguns of Arizona however when it arrived, the box of CPH's had leaked pretty bad from the Mailer.

I contacted AofA and reported the shipping accident, and IMMEDIATELLY recieved an E-Mail notice that a replacement box would be sent. No further questions asked!

Boys and Girls, this is a moderate replacement expense for the Dealer and I appreciate their fine, honest, and prompt attention to my situation! I tremendouslly respect A of A's policy that "MY" satisfaction came FIRST, and definatelly give them a 5 Star rating in PR and Customer Service!

Congratulations on your good fortune with those A of AZ guys

I've had mostly bad luck with them. I bought one used gun from them which was in much worse shape than they had described. They wouldn't respond to my requests to return the gun for refund. I finally sent it back to them without prior approval, they refunded my money minus restocking fee. I bought a new gun from them, it arrived damaged due to insufficient packing by A of AZ. It took like a month of many emails to get them to accept return. A of AZ IS responsive, but, not in terms of giving back $. They asked me not to " bash them on the online forums". Well, that was 2 years ago, I think the statute of limitations is up. Anyway, I'm not bashing them, I'm merely describing my experience with them. Needless to say, I don't buy from them anymore. It's a shame really, they have a nice website and pretty decent prices on most things. They also have a great selection of fine airgun items.
I wish I had better experiences with them. Maybe they've changed management style or something. I don't know and I'm not taking any chances now. Maybe I just had a couple of freakishly unusual bad experiences with them and all is well in the universe of airgun stuff purchases.

 Bob,

Those sure were some bad incidents, sorry that happened to ya!

It's like my wife, nearly every time we go to a nice dinner, inevatablly something goes wrong with her plate! Seems the more expensive, the worse it is too... I'd sure love to know how or why that stuff happens to folks? I'd like it to NEVER go on for anyone again!

 Better luck in the future!
