The triggers are ready and came out great, made a few design changes, and may still make a few more this weekend, but they work excellent and look even better. They are for the RWS models 34, 36, 38, 45, 350 Magnum, 48, 52, and 54. Basically any RWS rifle with the T01 trigger blade. Make sure you have the T01 trigger, you can easily tell if you have a t01 trigger if yours has 2 set screws on the bottom.
Heres the deal, I will sell the trigger in two different materials, T6 aircraft grade aluminum and mild steel. I will also offer two different finishes, bead blasted and polished. As far as the bead blasting goes, it looks great and is easier to do than polishing. As far as polishing goes, only the visible parts of the trigger will be polished, so basically as you can see in the picture, just the part where you put your finger will be polished because you cant see the rest.
Just a note, the steel is more expensive because it takes longer to machine and cut, but the aluminum is just as good but machines better.
I have attached a pic of the steel polished trigger, beautiful.
Here are the prices,
Bead blasted Aluminum - 45 dollars shipped.
Polished Aluminum - 50 dollars shipped
Bead blasted steel - 50 dollars shipped
Polished steel - 60 dollars shipped
Let me know if you are interested, I will take paypal, cash, or money orders. I will make them as they are ordered to turn around time is about 1 week from the time i get your money.
My email is SOcalsurferx@hotmail.com which is also my paypal account. You can paypal me the money and in the notes section include your address and which trigger you would like. Or email me for my address to send cash or a check.
received your email, looks good, nice work. Thank you.
I hope you sell enough of them quickly to cover your R&D and shop time. I bet you have a few hours into this project. LOL. An accurately sized metal trigger is the only thing my Paul Watts 20 FPE 52 .22 is missing. Paul worked wonders with the OEM trigger but she deserves a metal component.
This is a good site to get some accurate and appreciative feedback.

I have a new D52 but it does not have two set screws, just one. I guess I am out of luck for one of these triggers. When did Diana change over to one set screw anyway?
TO5 Triggers are much more labor intensive, my buddy price from

a machinist friend would have still run me $125 for a prototype replacement metal trigger blade made out of whatever metal I chose...I may still do it for my RWS54's...
Looking forward to the polished steel T01 blade that I ordered for my RWS36!!!
I shipped out the first batch of T01 triggers, the are made to such close tolerances that the fit is perfect. One thing you should notice about my triggers compared to the other metal triggers made is that mine are an EXACT copy of the stock triggers. This includes that small slot at the top which is crucial in lining the trigger up and making the adjustment screws work properly. If I can get my hands on a t05 trigger group I may make those here soon. I have installed three of my triggers so far with minimal trigger jobs (simple polishing and re-lubing) and the difference is great, and they look so much better than the stock cheap plastic trigger.
As it is, I have about a half dozen steel and half dozen aluminum triggers left, for sale 60 and 50 dollars shipped respectively. You can email me for pics or info.
