1 OZ short of 10 POUNDS! 21 Inches tall! (Ready to start Kindergarden next week, LOL!)

Poor Mom! Almost 15 hrs Labor, then done by Caserian because of difficultys.

Baby Boy and Mom are doing excellent!

I think Liam is a very lucky fellow!

I think a Diana 25 is in order for the young man.

God Bless

  Thanks guys!

Well lessee, one Granddaughter has a Daisy Model 99B in her future, another Grandaughter will use her CZ 618 soon, a 1 1/2 yr old Grandson has a Hy Score 806 waiting, and little Liam will need to grow and develope a personality a little till one is chosen for him!

They all will get  safety gun instruction FIRST on a harmless Red Ryder "Noisemaker", and will learn that safety stuff first!

Grandchildren are a joy as suddenly you have paitence develop a new form if imagination and ALWAYS ya bend the "fun" rules a lot more than you did for their parents...LO

Congratulations !!..

There is one thing better than teaching your son how to shoot ...and that is teaching your grandson how to shoot . Maybe a Mint condition Diana 20 or an HW 25 ..on second thoughts an R7 and a Diana 24..he will enjoy them very much , light wieght and accurate easy cocking sweet shooters ,
That is if he can get his grandpa to leave his guns alone !!

Regards ,
Frank

Grampaism

July 28 2006, 3:24 PM

Dave,

Just entered the realm recently myself with Annika (26 lbs. @ 11 mos.). Having been to your obviously loving home, I'm certain that your grandpaism is pretty cool. Congratulations!

chasm

P.S. Would that my rock and roller son might quit playing the field and start a two front effort, with his sister, to increase my "grandpaism". cm

Easy to get all wrapped up in em!

July 28 2006, 6:17 PM

Charles,
Yea the little ones quicklly become you and Grandmother's favorite Topic!
I honestlly live my life around them, and am very sad that our oldest Grandaughter is far away and living through her parents Crazy lifestyle...
I haven't had much time with Samantha and miss her tremendouslly!
We see our Daughters two (1 1/2 and 4 3/4) often and Little Liam is only in San Jose, so we'll see him lots too.
Being a grandparent is SO different!
You find yourself playing "Barbie" etc, LOL!
I finally went shooting a couple hours ago!
Felt GREAT to be out in sub-100 Degree temps!
Am breaking in the old Beeman/Diana 35.
Congratulations to You and Grandma also!
Be safe,
Dave
