Has anyone here ever done some fps testing with a 48 (esp. in .22)? Or seen a thread here (or elsewhere) with some figures for this gun? Mine (in .22) seems to shoot pretty hard, but I have no idea how fast the pellets are getting fired. Thanks for any help you can give.
You may want to get a crony, you won't regret it, wonderful tool. Takes all the ? out of fps, and helps you determine which pellet is right for the job, paper punching or pest control. there is some threads on this forum that focus on 48 fps, just look back a bit.
My 48 in .22 cal shoots RWS Hobby pellets at 925 fps according to my Shooting Chrony. Also, here is a link to an airgun database which users share their chrony results.
