Hi, I am new. I am member of the Canadian airgun forum, check it out! The problem I am having is that I was shooting with my Diana 20T01 in a field and somebody called the police. They have conficated this piece and are nowing saying it is over the legal 500fps here in Canada. I have tried directly to Diana, no help. I need something to show them it is in deed not over 500fps which it what it said when i bought it. can anybody help with manual or original specs. I know all the advetiseing for this model outside Canada is over, but I under stand they were detuned for sale in Canada. My kids will be devestated if we dont get this back!
Thanks In Advance.

the FRT tables published by the CFC. It is listed by the CFC as a non-firearm. The CFC accepts that the manufacturer (Diana) rates it at below 500fps. This gun does not require a license. Unless of course you modified it. If it is not modified, they are just plain wrong and are either a) harrassing you because they can, or b) ignorant of the law. My guess is that it is a combination of both.
