Fellow Diana Fans,

Does the fact that my old model 45 does 850 fps with cpl's, while my new untuned 34 does 805 fps make any kind of statement? I really like the older 45's better than he newer ones even though a more recent commerative edition 45 beat the older one by 30 fps. The older versions with the pin thru the stock just seem more solid.

I'll try this again, I just lost my whole reply. I don't know if it's the old world craftsmanship and the extra weight or what, but these guns are really great. They are a big gun and deadly accurate. After owning one of these I don't have much interest in the new guns anymore.

Hi Chasm I have both and have had them apart lots of thimes
and I think the new design is better apart from the plastic
bits. THE 34S that I have when tuned is more powerful but
the 45 will go to 16 ft/lbs with the right spring in .22
You can get a P.T.F.E washer fitted if you want to send of the piston.
