Folks,

 I'm going to have to be off line for quite some time starting today. I am having major surgery on my foot again (The first Dr. made an awfull mess of things...). The repair will necessitate a total re-do, including new pins, new bone cuts and fusions and perhaps even some tendon work. Recovery will be long and painfull and I'll try and check-in with ya soon as possible. I hope to wear a shoe  and once again walk reasonablly normal and somewhat more painlessly in the end!

 As with the origonal surgery over a year and a half ago, I'm leaving the Forum and the care of/toward eachother in your Friendly, Gentlemanlly, and very Capable hands. I trust you all will have fun and keep up the high standards that you all have been known  and respected for. (Believe me, the mention in posts on other Forums that I have read about you all has warmed my heart!) You're a fine bunch and I know this place is in GOOD hands,thanks!

Just to wish you good luck and speedy recovery and Hope NOT MUCH pain .

I also have went through a Ton of surgeries with bone . Knees ( one botched up ) and a staph infection that almost lost my leg . Both shoulders .

Soo I kinda know what your going through ...But good luck and all the speed in the world to ya . If you believe in a God I hope he brings you good results and very little pain with speediest recovery time .
