A while back you all might remember I posted regarding the outragous pricing of Umarex on a replacement stock for a 54 Air King. They quoted me a price that was actually $10 over what I paid for the brand new gun or what I would have to pay for a replacement complete brand new gun. Something along the lines of $500 plus dollars.

I complained to Diana in Germany as well as to Umarex. Today I received a very pleasant email from Umarex apologizing for the mixup and quoting me a much more realistic price of about $250. So I will soon be sporting a new stock for my belover .22 airking.

I just wanted to post that since I want to be fair when things go worng and when they go right as well.

That's more like it. According to another fellow in the yellowforum he recently had a good experience with Umarex also. Hopefully this is a trend with customer care for them. It sure will help gain more customers as well as keep people in possesion of a Diana stay loyal.
