Hi all,
After many years of no air gunning I broke out my old BlueStreak .20 cal. and got the bug. Five hundred rounds later I wanted more. I spent a week or so internet shopping/forum surfing and bought me a RWS 34 Panther .22 cal., what a great airgun. I chose the 34 because of so many great reviews and back in the mid 60s when I was a kid I had some kind of breakbarrel Diana that I wore out. It must have been a 24 or something, much smaller I remember.
All those fond memories of shooting pellets, BBs, 6 penny finishing nails, or whatever I could fit in the barrel.
Anyway this one won't take quite the abuse I promise.
I am now closing in on 750 rounds and preparing for a teardown, clean, and lube. I have a question. I have access to all kinds of lubes, moly-d paste and spray, teflon paste and spray, silicone paste and spray. Are any of these suitable for the job ?

A good moly paste containing 65% or better Molibdenum di sulphide ..
good examples would be DC M77 or the locktite moly paste or Hondas Moly paste sold in a tube and available at your local Honda Motorcycle dealer for About $15 or so . If you see a cheap moly'd paste ...look at its moly content ..usually its about 3-5% . and these wont do the job .
