well..., i'm thinking does it rust ??
i have a diana 54 n' i'm really really lovin' it i want it to last for ever...,
i have notesed that the bright metal part of the rifle"where it moves to load the pellets" is gettin' darker!!.. is it rust?
what should i do?
n' i'm thinking is the rifle metal rust resistant ??
what do u think?

is made of high chrome and high nickel steel alloy , it will as you have noted change colour though with use and over time . You need to rub it with 0000 steel wool and WD 40 ..it will bring out the shine and it will be back to new again .
Waxing you entire gun will help prevent corrosion and wipeing it after each use to remove finger prints ( and the acid sweat residue they leave behind 0
Will protect you gun from corrosion and keep it in pristine shape and protect its value .

My 54's receiver rusted

My R-1 and Patriot were sitting right next to it and they're pristine. POS Diana shoe polish bluing.
