Hi Tomas, the 36 is the same powerplant as the model 34 and 38 and 45. I never owned the 36 but have owned a 34 so basically they are the same gun except for the 36 has a much nicer stock with checkering and rubber buttpad etc. Overall not a bad gun, accuracy was very good, I had a scope on mine and untill the scope was destroyed by the gun it was shooting real well. The 36 I don't think is being imported anymore but all parts should still be available and it is just a nicer looking gun over a 34 because of the stock.
Hey Tomas. I have the 36. About a year old. I'm pretty new at air rifle. Basically I have the same comments as Randy. Workings/power are the same as the 34 but if you can afford a few more bucks the good looks of the beech stock, butt pad and checkering on the Model 36 are something you will appreciate over time. Good value. Good power. Not overpowered like the speed of sound magnums but plenty of punch. I have the .22 cal. which takes care of groundhogs when they attack my back deck. A nice adult gun for the money. If you get a scope down the road get a good one piece mount and quality scope as the recoil in most air rifles beats up two piece mounts and cheaper scopes. You can spend more for the fancier models but if you are watching the money this is fine and you will have a rifle you can keep for years and years. I'm keeping mine. Hope this helps.
I picked up a model 36 several years ago at a yard sale for $30. Part of the rear sight was missing, otherwise it's in excellent shape. I bought some RWS pellets, put a proper scope and a barrel weight on it, and I love it. I've killed two rabbits at distances you wouldn't believe.
Wonderful addition to my modest firearm collection and a fine air rifle IMHO.
Regards,
Don
PS Just added a RWS model 50 to my collection. Bought it from it's original owner (also found it at a yard sale) but didn't get nearly as good a deal on it.
