I do not own a 350. mag. but am just wondering if the new "Limb saver recoil pad would help your recoil. They advertise it to reduce muzzle jump by 50 percent. I realize this is for centerfires and shotguns, but will it work for a 350. mag? I started using one on my 34. just to get a little reach, and it the rifle seems to be really smooth.
The new Speed Mount Recoil Pad has been designed, engineered & developed with LimbSaver’s legendary pain-eliminating 3-step recoil reduction technology and offers all of the quality in materials and performance that you have grown to expect in a product with the LimbSaver® name, while incorporating the latest innovation to optimize peak performance: LimbSaver’s Anti-Muzzle Jump Technology.
It works great. On a magnum springer, it helps to isolate the gun from the shooter, which results in better consistency of hold and better groups. I printed out the templates and found one that was a close match and replaced the stock butt plate rather than getting a slip-on type. At 48" the 350 is long enough and doesn't need to be made any longer. Good luck!

The Bottom Line
Folks, this is absolutely the best recoil pad I have seen or used, and I have used many. I have Pachmayr Decelerators on a couple of rifles, and they're good - but Limb Saver is better. I have seen it tame a shoulder-eating 300 Win Mag, a 12-gauge slug gun, a 350 Rem Mag, a 270 WSM, and others, and in every case the result was wonderful. The slip-on pad was easy to install and works as well as screw-on pads. If you want a recoil pad that really lives up to its name, Limb Saver is the way to go.

Pros
* Best recoil pad I have ever used.
* Excellent customer service.
* Developed by shooters, for shooters.
* Slip-on pad is very easy to install.
* Much, much better than the factory pad.
If you look at the website, the visual display of the technology of stopping the forward rifle muzzle vibration seems logical that it would help a springer.
Harry, here is another product made by limbsaver, that may give 350. owners the edge over the vibration issue especially when combined with the recoil pad.
I saw that report, but quickly dismissed it. The company, Limbsaver, has a great reputation, and I know for a fact, that they do a lot of research in this field of barrel vibration. Their whole product line is on the reputation with their products. I have seen too many good reports to dismiss this one report against all the other positive reports that are out their on this product. I do not question the product on centerfires or shotguns but would like to hear from 350. mag owners who try this product.
Here are more opinions about the device. What intrigues me is the fact that mag air guns probably get more vibration from the barrel than many center fires. Maybe, someone with a 350. can invest $20.00 and give a review. I have read many reviews that says's it works great on Bow's as well.
My impression of the two targets from the website you mentioned, were interesting. First of all, you notice that the shots fired from the de resonator are much lower. It appears to me the device is actually working. In fact, the shots may have been a little more spread out for the shooter, but he only fired about 7 shots total, hardly enough time to make any shooting adjustments to a new device. Notice how the shots are not only lower, but not as far off to the right from the recoil from the shots taken without the device. I thing the shooter did an injustice by not taking the time and shooting more, before just ignoring the results he had. It appears that the device does indeed, effect and reduce the recoil.
If Tom says it will help then it's probably going to help. I just
bought an electronic jewelers scale that measures to the thousandths
in grains. It's overkill but it was only $40 new on Ebay when it
should have been $150, so I grabbed it up.
