Here is a sight you may have seen that features the new Leapers scope. It is designed especially for heavy recoil. I have this on my 460. and love it - the article is by Tom Gaylord
Good article Dave. I read that on PyramidAir a few months ago before I had ordered the 350. I was looking forward to buying a Leapers then but got disappointed after several people posted here that their 350 broke their Leapers TS scopes. I will probably still get one, once my 350 goes through a good lube tune. Which model exactly do you have on your 460?
Harry, when I bought my 460 from pyramid air, they had some promo for the leapers. I was not about to buy the cheapo RWS scope in the old package deal. I have the leapers 4x32 TS with the mil dot. I paid a little extra to have them mount it and zero the scope in. I really like this scope and mount that Pyramid offered. I have not had to do anything but very minor adjustment on the scope. I have fired the 460. now about 700 to 1000 pellets and the scope and mount are rock steady. Keep in mine that the 460. has very little recoil. As it wears in, it really gets smooth. The recoil is nothing like I had heard about magnums. I still want a 350 because I like the way my 34 feels.
