I finally checked my RWS350 (.177) for droop. Optically centered the scope within a click. Remounted scope, checked for vertical, went to range and shot.(25yrds) Nice consistant 5 shot group 3 1/2" low and 3/4" to left of aim point.
Ok...Now what?? Adjustable mount?? Droop mount?? Which one?? Can this be fixed? How??

Thanks for all input

Seen your post on the yellow, best answered here. I have a couple 350's you are going to need adjustible scope mounts. The only two that I have purchased that did not break was the Beeman adjustible and the BKL rail, you will find both at straight shooters, I prefer the Beeman as you can dial in windage also.

Thanks for the input. I'm knew to this airgun stuff and always like opinions from people who know more than I do. After talking to several people seems that's the way to go. Probably beeman 5039. Just was worried about getting even more complicated and possible mount not being able to hold.

You'll not be dissapointed with the Beeman 5039, it's built like a tank I think it was five screws that lock it to the dove rail. A few have complained about it, and that's because they didn't read the instructions, when all elevation and windage screws are locked in place and you know that's where you want it, apply blue lok tite on screws (it will seep in) let dry and you are good to go.

Which scope are you using? Do you have the 350 .22 or .177?

Please keep us abreast of your progress with your scope and Beeman mount (when you get it). Loctite is very important when it comes to the 350. If you don't use it, ALL the screws will keep coming loose.

I have Leapers 6x24x50. I think it's a good scope. My rifle is .177 cal fitted with a vortec barrel tuner..(They do work). What happened b4 all this started..I could shoot 3/8 groups at 25yrds....but when I moved out to 50.. the group fell down and to the left..When I corrected for the 50 it would mess up the 25... over to the right. What i believe should happen..3/8 group on target at 25yrd AND 3/4-1" group 1" below target BUT not to the right or left at 50yrd.

Did you try different pellets? Do they all shot to the left at 50yds? Depending on the pellet you are using (weight, muzzle velocity, etc,) it could drop 1.5" or more at 50yds.

Have you tried Crossman Premiers (CP Heavy 10.5gr would be best) to see what happens?
If you are using a light .177 pellet on your 350, it will not be as accurate leaving the barrel at ~1,100fps. The heavier CP (10.5gr) performs the best on the 350 and shoots much flatter than ALL other pellets tested on it. See this link and look at the Ballistic Coefficient which is the highest.
http://www.straightshooters.com/ourtake/ottest350.html

The Energy (FTE) is also the highest at 50yds with the CP Heavy than any other pellet. 12ft-lbs is great at 50yds for a .177 springer, 3ft-lbs higher than the revered Kodiak! The CP Heavy provides the greatest "punch" and knock down power in the 350 .177. It is also highly accurate.

I've tried CP heavies, JSB exact Heavies, Kodiak match and Silver arrows. Silver arrows were the worst at grouping. Best were JSB's, with Kodiaks and CP'hs grouping not quite as close..not much difference. Seem to get more fliers with CP'hs and the least with the JSB's

Are you certain your scope is mounted with the crosshairs exactly vertical/horizontal? If it's canted a little bit, you'll shoot to the side at different ranges as you've described.
