Man there's a lot of "airgun madness" goin' on lately!

yes they are bringing alterations to their basic products for 2008

and the PRICES, my God they are off the chart.

the 34, 350 are modified at LEAST with 3 different versions

I think they are targeting the yuppie generation that has that kind of $$$ and do not mind all these variations

not that I am a purist but some versions look COOL but are they functional?

The unknowledgeable consumer is going to end up paying over $300.00 for a model 34. He may have heard that RWS is a good rifle with a good name, and purchase this cheap gimmick thinking he was buying the best when he was in fact, just caught in a marketing trap. The name RWS will go out the window when the guy wakes up. I would love to see a reputable dealer that would refuse to carry such tactless marketing scams on such a fine rifle.
