I own two Italian road machines myself. One from 1964 and the other an '07.

Wait. No.. Go back up again...

Just kidding. Here it comes...

If I wouldn't buy a sports car because I can't go any faster than anyone else legally, what Italian marque could it be that I own?

Fiat?

Just kidding..

I actually watch the Speed Channel frequently.

I do a lot of autocrossing between April and October and some weekend track road racing. I 'm also an instructor for SCCA and a couple of other Motorsports clubs. I also race with the Porsche club of Americal (PCA) and BMW Car Club of America (BMWCCA). Love spaking those Porsches and Bimmers in the tight courses
I actually race with 8 clubs in total and do it almost every weekend. The NY/NJ/CT tri-state area offers plenty of Motorsports and I live right smack in the middle of the 3. I have access to 6-7 Motorsports clubs within a 60mi. radius of my house, 2 of them are the SCCA NY and North Jersey regional clubs. Here 's a couple of pics of me racing my car. The car may look higher or lower.. because it gets a different suspension every ~2yrs and I 'm always experimenting with different heights, lowering or raising the car, etc.
Do you participate in any Motorsports Harv?

PS.
Those magnets on the car say '04 & '05 Class Champion and the other side '02 & '03 given by this club called Motorsports NorthEast (until the '02 fell out one day and I didn't notice it and was never recovered). Check ot the 3-wheeling at 50+mph! These were taken by a professional photographer.

Sweet!!! Nice little Acuuuuuuura hehehe

As they say, Ya race to win. Showing is what happens when you're at the starting line fully prepared to win.

That is HOT, bud!

I don't race. In the late eighties early nineties I was asked if I wanted to get involved in 400 and 600 sportbike racing. I'm short and therefore light. They thought I had the skill and the weight (or lack thereof) would ba an advantage. I hate to fly so I passed on the offer. Plus I didn't feel in control enough on the reach of the sporters the way they had them set up.

I just putt around on my Vespa now. The other bikes collect dust now that I have the new one. Longest ride was only about two hundred miles but for 65-70 mpg, no shifting, and the uniqueness of the '07 LX in midnight blue, its better than the Harley, the Yamaha or the Honda.

Here's my blog about riding: http://midwestscooterenthusiast.blogspot.com/

If you like my writing style flip back through the site and check out the older stuff. I really enjoy having it but need to get something new up soon.
