Nikon Monarch VSD red-dot sight ?

Have you owned/used one?

I'm interested in this sight but so far have found no
reviews/reports.

Not me, but does it come with the same twenty year warrantee their other glass comes with?

I'd just like to have a 1 MOA red-dot but can't bring myself to spending
much over $200. Over $200 and I'm thinking telescopically, magnificationally.
