We here so much about the frequent bad service of companies that sell airguns, but we sometimes forget to post about good service. Well, some of you may recall that my Leapers scope mounted on my 460. broke the Locking set spring. (I believe I did this and not the gun).Anyway, I sent the gun back to Leapers. I had to pay shipping of course which is fine. I had great service from the very beginning with customer service. There feedback was terrific with both e-mail and phone conversations. After sending the gun back, I received a brand new scope and the turn around was very quick. I had planned to purchase a new scope and was looking at different models. But because of the good service, I will be ordering TWO more Leapers scopes this week. Why can't certain vendors understand this is the way to build loyalty?
