So you want CTC numbers? Hmmm...that means I have to go back to the range with all three guns again...and I really hate to shoot.
I can get you real numbers later on, but suffice to say that supported shooting (resting elbows on a bench and leaning my chest against the bench edge) all three guns easily kept 5 shots well inside a 0.75" orange dot. I have a stock Diana 54 in .22 that will keep 5 shots in the same hole. My Kimber, Winchester 75, and TC Contender in .22lr will do that too.
The Kodiak had the advantage of the better trigger of the lot.
The Tomahawk had the disadvantage of being tiring to cock over and over again.
The Diana 48 had no mods or adjustments at all. You can read my original review of that same gun here:
http://www.airguns.net/reviews_rws48.php
You can also see my original chrony numbers here:
http://www.airgunexpo.com/airgundb/airgundb_list.cfm?sort=submit_a (Damn I did a lot of work with airgus in 2005!) My Diana 350 numbers are there as well.
Sort the list by name and look for "Kris Whiteleather". My chrony is consistent, but it may not be calibrated the same as YOUR chrony. Point is that my comparison of guns shot through this chrony is accurate. But all three guns may show a lower or higher FPS value on a different chrony. Always keep that in mind.
And if you have time...consider looking at my Gun Club site:
http://members.aol.com/WaterlooRPC We are having a Raffle. Only one airgun. I didn't choose it. Personally I would have put a Diana 54 in .22 up there.
