Good site and the camera you mention is pretty good for the money. I bought my son one for christmas and it performs well.

Warren:
Photography is my other hobby and I will gladly answer any camera questions you have. I currently have 3 canons ranging from a point and shoot to a DSLR with a bag full of good glass for it.
Here is some of my work.

James its a big thing with me to. I took a quick look at your work and i saved it to look at later.Im sure your better at it than I . Im on a low budget and have no gallery but i take a lot of pics and with the computer soft ware thats around its a lot of fun.I took alot of pics last year of birds at the feeders in the back yard enought that i did get some good ones. Kind of like shooting a air gun .If you shoot enought your bound to get a good group some day. Marvin

no

No to all the above but you can put a 3 times lense multiplier on it that will give you the equivilent to 36 power zoom without digital zoom. And it is one of the few cameras in its class to let you set the F stop to at least 8 so you can get some good senic zoom shots. To me its a high performencs point and shoot just under the DSLRs but James has more knowledge than me by the looks of it. Got both your E-mails

March 3 2008, 3:13 PM

and will be asking lots' of questions air gunners and photo experts what a great combination

thanks to both of you for helping with guns and digital cameras

warren

PS: Marvin are you sure that Cannon cannot be retrofitted to shoot at least a dart like in the James Bond movies LOL

and remember "it's 30% the gun and 70% the shooter"

2 stage trigger!

March 4 2008, 5:00 AM

Warren,

That camera (and most digitals) does have a 2 stage trigger! At the end of the first stage (very little force), the autofocus executes. Second stage is a clean break with limited overtravel, tripping the sear and snapping the photo.

There is a light gun on it...

J
