Hey Phill, Did you take a shot?? Course ya did, missed?? then left wondering what the heck happend to my "buffet" (they all scattered!!) Such is the way of the backyard airgun hunter!! Backyard or afield,it,s not that much differant! To take ocaisional table fare or eliminate pests from our "backyards" is something only us airgunners can enjoy in our ever shrinking world. During leagle season, if a dove or 2 lands in my yard (out to even 50 yrds) Ill take em out. ( am I wrong for this??) If a Deer comes within my range,(20 yrds. w/my bow) once again, Ill take em out! I will be "Eatin good in the hood"! Wild game is so good for you to eat,& probly one of the only "healthy" choices I make these days!! I will never apoligise to anyone about my hunting,, to the tree huggers, I say,, go kill a dam&& cow & then eat your Wendys Burger!! Wow! dont know how I got off on that tangent! Tryin to learn how to be a politcly corect moderator,, But knowing I can blow off some steam here w/out fear of being banned. Life is GOOD! Tim.

It looks like you have bird feeders out there hey? and right in front of the window for easy shooting? I 've never tried bird feeders or anything. If they come, they come. You probably couldn't shoot them because the hunting season was over a couple of days ago!

I know one of my neighbors will call the cops if I shoot one out of season but I never do anyway. There is one jerk neighbor that doesn't like it even when I do some target shooting in my back yard. I don't care. It's my property and I 'll do what I want as long as it's legal.

The one you dont see,just after I snapped photo a brown rat appeared feeding on the seed so take a guess wich one was my target.And by the way I missed the day befor I was shooting at thirty yards and doing real good.Then this broke my bubble Im not used to shooting at a target at 5 yards I did not hold over and shot 2 inches low, I hope my lesson was learned I ant going to miss twice if he come back.

That's ok Phil, we 're only joking, thanks for your honesty! You really have to be careful and re-adjust with targets close up like that. What pellet hit 2" low at that distance? Usually Crow Magnums and Kodiaks will shoot pretty low at that range like you described, but with CP's - I can see maybe 1" if you had the gun dialed in at 15-20yds. You have a 350 right? Looks like you have much small game there, and rats! Good for you! those rats you can shoot all year round without worrying about hunting seasons

You were right Warren. I would have gone for the crow. You know me too well Now if the rat was in the picture, definitely the rat! I would not be able to resist. I hate rats. I think everyone would have aimed at the rat.
