My friend lost the pin and snap washer on his RWS 36--can anyone help me-I just need the pin and snap-in washer-I've got his gun here with me and am going to try to get it going for him soon...thanks! CarlM
Hey Carl sorry your friends gun is shut down. Bear in mind this is just my 2 cents. If I was in your shoes,I would call Umarex & ask to speak To RYAN. I have made some not so nice posts about Umarex recently,But must say Ryan helped me & returned my ph. calls. He seems to be in a position of lower authority, but I think he can help you. Hey Carl, See I told you! This site is eat up w/ good people that would give the shirt off their backs to help out a fellow airgunner! Ray,s offer was genuine for shure. Try Ryan at Umarex for a cheap off the shelf replacement first, I think Ryan can help. If not, others here may have more advise,,,But I would take up Rays offer & pay him whatever he charges.
