Ya know guy's I been looking at those pistols for a long time 1 year or better.Every time I seen one at cablea's I'd just stare at it thru the glass.I never had the money with me to get one while I was standing there with that little boy look on my face wishing just wishing I could some how afford me one.I think I said a while back in one of the posts about the P-5's that I wanted one and was puttin a little money away each week to buy one someday.Last week at 10:30 PM I happened to go to Brads's Classifieds, now you know it refreshes every 10 min or so.While scrolling thru the FS and WTB it refreshed I went back to the top of the page There it was "FS,Like new in box with all paper work Diana P-5 $$XXX shipped".No e-mail just a ph.number.The price was exactly what I had saved-up to this point. I called the gentelman he told me it was to big for his hands and he had corpral tunnel syd.and it hurt his wrist.Told me it was about like the day he bought it but had his finger prints on it.and about 50 pellets worth of lead in the barrel.
So I got one on the way.He called me today and gave me the tracking number for the Big Brown Truck.Probably monday or tuesday at the latest it will arrive.
He said its never been touched or opened up he just shot it with open sights and it shoots real straight at 50 ft.He said if he rested his arm and hand on something and took his time he could hit poker chips nine times outa ten with it at that distance..
Now if I can only sleep and not think about it for awhile I'll be alright.
Oh yea three tins of RWS flat headed pellets (thats what he told me ) go with it.
Dang you are a lucky sucker!! I want one of those sooooooooooooooo bad it's not even funny! I want it to carry with me out in the desert for any "follow up" shots I might need to make while hunting. One would be GREAT for shooting the the back yard with a soda or morning coffee.
Steph told me "no more guns" until I get her pot-belly Mahogany chest-of-drawers completed!
I have shot them and you will LOVE it and be totally amazed at the power, accuracy, and quality of the gun!!!!
Nice that someone else tested it out for you!
I love mine and still find it is one of my most accurate pistols at 10m. Sometimes the most accurate but that depends on me. It hits 550fps with Superdomes so it's no slouch for speed.
Anyhow, good luck waiting on the brown truck. Maybe your patience is better than mine!
LOL
That's classic Bob, and I thought I was ecstatic about ny new ruskie Wednsday, front sight was a lttle loose, and had some home made stippling, but it shoots in the same hole on the rest , better than I can hold, hope you enjoy it as much as a "P. I. P." , LOL

BB,Just when I thought I had beat the temptation, you go and have to bring this up! This gun is not a purchase, it is a necessity in any gun collectors arsenal. I had the chance to buy a used one from my ad in the paper for $50.00 (I bought a C1 for $50.00 and a R7 San Rosa in New condition for $100.00 complete with new beeman peep sight) I put it off and am now looking for the guy's number. The C1 is now tuned with a new Macari spring and I have ordered a spring kit for the R7. Now waiting for my 460 to get tuned. Once those are behind me, and I can save a little money, I will most definitely place the P5 on the MOST WANTED LIST.
Please let us know how you like it when it arrives. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Congrats! Pics would be great!
