As many of you know, I placed a ad in the local paper and pick up two gems. I get calls all the time and just can't keep up with them all and frankly just do not have the bucks to buy all of the guns that I get calls for. I will try and post some if I have time.
Tonight: Schimel G22 according to the owner in great condition. e-mail if you are interested. $40- 100 dollars and I will give you his phone # in virginia.
I had a Schimel once... I think I still have a seal set and some 8 gram carts around here somewhere too.
Those things were neat as hell.
When Schimel went out of business the offer was made to a guy I know who used to run B&B Supply, the airgun store in Minneapolis. Bill was offered to buy whatever it was to keep the thing in production. They gave him a pretty nice offer too. Guess they didn't want to see such a cool pistol fade away even if it meant they weren't the ones producing it.
Damn cool pistols. Fuddly way to load them though. And if you don't do it in the right order they blow all their gas out. There's a chamber you charge. If you do it wrong you expel all the CO2.
Neat machines. Mine was pretty accurate. I think they were all .22 caliber.
