Just picked up a 34 but have not seen one like this before. Logo is stamped into the reciever like my older Dianas, barrel SN same as other Dianas, but has a number 0363 stamped into the breech near the caliber stamp. None of my other Dianas have a number stamped in this area. The stock is the really odd part of this gun. It is the same style as my 45's, no thru pin like the older ones though, and it's blonde beech (think honey colored Maple). The stock also has a medallion inletted into the bottom right corner that reads "100 Jhare Diana 1890-1990". Shoots 950's with JSB Match Diablos. What have I got here?
Sounds like a jubilee gun for the hundreth anniversary

I've seen them in the Model 45. They have a sheet metal medallion of the factory pinned onto the buttstock. May command a bit of a premium but most folks are asking a lot and not getting it. To see a commemorative 45 go to www.thadscott.com and look at his Specials page.
You said the medallion is inletted. The 45's are not (at least, as pictured). Umarex had some commemoratives when they first listed their RWS closeout section. That may be what you have. What is the build date (on the left rear of the receiver - MM YY)? Umarex has since updated that page and you can't see the old pix.
I have the 45 Commerative (20th Anniversary), a standard 45 in .177, and an older 45 in .20 caliber, and these don't seem to be the same guns. The 45's are all clearly marked as 45's on the reciever. The medallion is in a different place on my Commerative 45, more toward the center of the stock, and reads "Special Diana Model", it's date is 11-99. The 34 is dated 9 years earlier and is in no way marked as being a 45. I know that all of the 34, 36, 45's share the same internals, just wondering if I got an oddball.
Almost forgot, OLDER IS BETTER.
Maybe I got a real Teutonic Goddess this time, BLONDE wood, BLUE steel, TALL, and STRONG, just the type that can reach out and alter a life in less than a heartbeat.
The earlier 45's can be distinguished by a rather square trigger guard and a bolt through the stock near it. Older guns have leather seals, as well. These are not the same as the current models which are extensions of the 34 line. That's why I am thinking your's is a late model gun.
I believe this is the current model 45:
This is the earlier gun:
