improving a late 24 TO4 TRIGGER.

I was fortunate enough to be able to purchase a 24 in .177 from a
member who was very gracious to let it go. Knowing how enticing and well loved these little rifles are.

This little package is one of the the rifles that has a fixed trigger, and it
truely can be said that it really is the heaviest trigger pull I have ever encountered.

Being no stranger to Triggers and have reduced several in Rimfires I have attacked this problem and have reduced the pull for a first disassembly down
to a clean breaking 7#s.
This little beast is Accurate and forgiving at 10 meters Hole in one is not uncommon If I do my part.

I will disassemble and continue trigger pull reduction on this sample.
to a manageable 3#s or so.or convert it to a To5 assembly.

My question to those of you that have Tuned the 24 TO5.What parts need relacement? I think the piston is different as well as the trigger assembly
does the tube look any different??????????

Thanks for any responses.

Sylvan
