Some tips for easy and free tunes would be nice too. Power mods are nice but come to think of it I do not have a chrony so I don't have as much care for it since I really wouldn't be able to confirm if I did something right with the gun or not with results.

-gaining fps
-smoother firing
-more accuracy
-making anything better
-maintaining for long life

Thanks

and read ALL the info in here. It should take you only about a year and a half.

You're asking too many questions.

There are sites and manuals, "Google" things like "Diana 54", or "RWS 54", or other related things.

Don't take me wrong, people here are very helpful, but such a shotgun question transmits the wrong frame of mind / attitude.

Be concrete, be positive, and remember that people here help out of good will.

Just my humble opinion.

I want to know what I need to completely take a 48 apart. I was just also wondering if there was ANY advice on something I could do to the gun with the factory parts to improve it in some way.

There is a lot of info on this and other sites and
Google is our friend. Here's a little kick starter
for you though...

Good luck.

^^^Thanks. I might be able take that and run with it.

I tried some searching (some admittedly lazy searches) and I didn't come up with anything quick enough and I just decided to try to set up a basket for yall to throw some eggs in for me. I was being a little selfish and I am sorry.

Hiya C. Jackson!

April 23 2008, 10:04 AM

I googled up "RWS 54" (with quotes) and came up with 2,270 references.

Anyway, though it is not a 48, the 54 is probably similar enough to the 48 so that all references will be useful somehow.

IMHO the BEST of all references for the 54 (and in the applicable things, the 48) is Eddie Colwell's:

http://www.eddiecolwell.tzo.com/RWS-54.htm

try that one.

You can also try:

http://www.geocities.com/ftshooter2000/page2.html

Again, do Google the references and get a mindful of written material. If you have specific questions, I am sure people here will help you.

Good Luck and keep us posted!

Un Abrazo!

Héctor
