I finally was able to make what I understand is the 100 meter target. Just the center section. It can be downloaded from here:

Just download it, and print it WITHOUT the "adjust to paper" thingie marked.
The center 10 has a diameter of 5 cms.
The 9 has a diameter of 10 cms.
The 8 has a diameter of 15 cms.
The 7 has a diameter of 20 cms.
And so on. This means that there are 2.5 cms. between ring and ring.
You do not need to register with Delphi, you can access as "guest".
Hope this works for everyone and can give us a really standard target to shoot at.
