Just ordered a 48 spring and seal from Umarex , going to up grade another gun with the parts, also ordered a spring and seal for my 350 .22 wile I was there just for a back up. Nothing against Mac but trying other things , I like moding almost as much as shooting.

spring

My slightly used stock mod.48 spring measures:
length 11 1/8"
od. .832
id. .568
wire dia. .130
# of coils 33
This spring has less than 200 rounds on it, I belive a new one would be longer.
there is a web site called "gateway to airguns" that has some spring specs. Look in the liberary under spring deminsions.Hope this helps.

It May be "Nominal .128"" Wire

Sometimes they measure a little different due to tolerances in the manufacturing process of the wire. But, your numbers sound good based on the many I've seen here.

Hi guys,I worked in a close tolorance machine shop and noticed when two or more people measured a part even with the same set or mics or calipers that most of the time there were slight variations in diminsions.I will not say mine are right but darn close.Gary
