Has anyone here repaired a 5G circa 1992? I suspect a blown seal and lots of crud in the chamber. I removed the spring but could not get the piston assy to release. It is caught on the trigger mechanism and I don't want to break the thing. Any advice? BTW I have enjoyed reading the posts and have learned a lot since purchasing an RWS 350 in December. This is my first post on this or any forum. Thanks, Jim.

Remove trigger assy and compression arm 301070.

The piston may be removed after slot is empty and sear arm 300846 is out of the way. Take pictures before disassembly and at each interval for ease of reassembly.

Either that or send it out to someone that has experiance working on them.

Thanks for the schematics

I didn't have a parts diagram. I don't think the old gun is worth shipping for repairs so I will have a go of it. Thank you for the help. I will probably need more advice as the project continues.
